If the product goes wrong within 12 months of purchase due to a fault in workmanship Magic cleans aims to repair the product or exchange it if repair is not possible. Faulty products must be brought to Magic cleans attention within 12 months of the date of purchase. All goods returned must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original components, manuals and packaging (where possible). Magic cleans reserves the right to inspect goods (or send goods to be tested within a reasonable time) to determine whether the problem
is caused by accident, misuse or workmanship. The guarantee does not apply to reasonable wear and tear or where goods have been altered or repaired without Magic cleans approval.
Where a fault is identified, Magic cleans will arrange for the product to be repaired if economically viable. If Magic cleans decides that a repair is not possible, magic will exchange the product for a product of the same or similar specification. If Magic cleams decides that a repair or exchange is not possible Magic cleans may offer a refund of the
purchase price.
The Magic cleans 12 month faulty goods guarantee does not apply to certain products where, for improved customer service, Magic cleans has worked with top electrical and swimming pool brands to provide manufacturers' customer helplines. On helpline brands do not contact or return the product to Magic cleans as the manufacturer has agreed to be responsible for the repair of any faulty goods and will be able to assist
